Today, a weekday, I am not at work. Speaking to my fellow teachers, it made more sense to take the day off and just pick up Grace at the airport. So I have cleaned up the apartment, sort of, and I’m at the Penrose Library, where I usually borrow books and movies and copious amounts of music. What I do the most, however, is use the WiFi to communicate and get work and business done. The internet makes so many things possible; although I have used networks since the ’80s, it still amazes me. Today, I will retrieve documents I sent to Ann yesterday for her signature. Now I will print them and sign them for our new landlord in Pueblo. The process will take less than 24 hours. Truly amazing. Now let’s go get Gracie!
